Tax
Tax is one of life's only sureties and it can be a complicated beast. Every individual and small business has a different set of considerations that will alter the tax obligation. Without a tailored approach, you could be paying more tax than you need to.
Tax Concessions
The Federal Government has introduced measures to ease the tax pressure on small businesses and individuals at this time of dealing with the coronavirus crisis. We are supporting our clients to seek Payroll Tax Waivers and to adjust their tax structure in response to changes in income.
Tax reporting and compliance
We work closely with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and relevant government departments such as the Department of Human Services and Revenue NSW to keep on top of tax changes that impact our clients.
This enables us to advise simple tax structures and reporting measures to our clients. We regularly calculate, review and report:
- Goods & Services Tax (GST)
- Fringe Benefits Tax (GST)
- Pay As You Go Withholding and/or Instalments (PAYG)
- Income tax
- Payroll tax
- Company tax
- Capital Gains Tax
- Land tax
- Stamp duty
- International tax
- Luxury Car Tax
- Fuel tax
- Medicare levy
- Mining withholding tax
- Wine Equalisation Tax (WET)
- R&D Tax
- Business Activity Statements (BAS)
Tax debt
Financial hardship is an incredibly stressful event. If our clients are faced with tax debt, we support them in an open and honest approach that sees obligations met in a way that is financially sustainable.
