The AdviceCo. leadership team (formerly Robson Partners) is pleased to formally announce the entrance of two new business Principals: Debbie Bloffwitch, Senior Accountant and Christine Hallowes, Senior Financial Planner.

Debbie and Christine are highly valued members of the AdviceCo. team, leading Accounting and Wealth business divisions respectively. They join David Evers, Troy Marchant, Gerard Andrews, Steve Walker and CountPlus as shareholders of AdviceCo.

Debbie recently celebrated her 30^th work anniversary as an Accountant with the AdviceCo. team, stating this new partnership arrangement is a long-held career goal and achievement.

She remembers joining the business on her birthday in 1990 when the team had just four members. “It has been a privilege to work with many talented employees (past and present) and to see the business grow out of commitment to good service to our clients. I now work alongside 27 fine co-workers to serve many clients who are now warmly my friends,” said Debbie.

Christine’s impressive career also spans 30 years across the Financial Services industry in Sydney and here on the Central Coast. Christine is an experienced investment professional, who has played a key role in adapting our Financial Services to meet the changing regulatory environment, and ensuring our clients’ needs are met. She was motivated to become a shareholder of AdviceCo. in order to further contribute to the success of the business, and deliver her passion to help clients to be better off.

Both Debbie and Christine place the financial wellbeing of their clients at the heart of their decisions and are looking forward to adding a female perspective to the leadership agenda. It is a perspective the existing leadership team has, in reality, been consulting for a long time and is pleased to formalise in the partnership.

AdviceCo.’s Managing Director, David Evers, believes the balance of perspective and ideas they will continue to bring to business decisions will only benefit the team and clients alike.
