Troy is one of six partners at AdviceCo and has played an integral role in building the business up to be one of the leading accountancy firms on the Central Coast. He’s managed this by committing wholeheartedly to helping his clients to be better off and investing in the team and people around him.

Troy’s key areas of business include tax and accounting advice for small businesses, such as business structure, accounting technology, systems implementation, debtor management and tax debt management; and business coaching services to identify and drive key growth strategies, process mapping and re-engineering, board engagement and reporting and staff motivation and mentoring.

The well-rounded experience he gained in the UK and USA banking and finance sectors during the 1990’s, and in corporate finance and technology in Sydney in the early 2000’s makes him a truly strategic partner for his clients and colleagues, and an inspiring leader to his team. He devotes all of his energy to learning individual client needs and goals, and helping them to achieve the financial peace-of-mind they deserve.

He’s a Coastie, born and bred, which drives his investment in the area, but his global experience and thinking goes beyond local to ensure we’re all on top of the best information, systems and opportunities.

When Troy is not at work, he is spending time with his wife and two children, barracking for the Sydney Roosters and playing cricket with his mates.
