Lauren commenced her career at WesTrac, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering in a large-scale corporate environment. As a Finance Analyst, she worked closely with senior stakeholders to deliver board-level reporting, analyse business performance across multiple revenue streams, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

She transitioned into public practice to build a career where she could work more closely with clients and contribute directly to their financial outcomes. Her corporate background brings a commercial perspective and a practical approach to problem solving, and she is keen to continue developing her expertise across complex client structures and advisory work, and is excited about growing her capability in the tax space.

Lauren works closely with and is mentored by Associate Director, Cherie Tracey, helping her support her clients.

Outside of work Lauren enjoys spending time with her Fiancé and her dog Remi, going to the gym, and catching up with friends over one too many coffees.
