Are you a motivated and enthusiastic person with a willingness to accept challenges? Do you have exceptional personal organisational skills and the ability to self-prioritise?

If so, we’re looking for you.

We are looking for an SMSF Accountant and Administrator to provide support to our team of professional accountants and Financial Advisers! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality services in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Confident navigation of Class software
  • Preparation of fund activity statements, financial statements, and annual returns
  • Liaising with clients to answer queries and provide regular updates
  • Research on various superannuation related matters
  • Communicating with the ATO in relation to client matters
  • Collaborating with accounting team members to achieve high-quality results for clients
  • Coordinating with administration to ensure timely completion of collations and client correspondence
  • Working in a Cloud Environment with Software tools that support SMSF audit
  • Completion of daily timesheets and adherence to budget requirements
  • Attendance at training and active participation in sessions

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of general accounting concepts
  • Previous experience within the SMSF industry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Class software is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a Cloud computing environment
  • Experience with Cloudoffis, FuseDocs, and Fusesign is beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
