Over years of experience working in the cleaning industry for other people and seeing many service providers failing to keep their clients premises clean, or unable to deliver satisfactory service, Sanka knew he could provide clients with more than just an exceptional service!

Sanka says, “Driving me is a passion for what I do, a passion to keep my clients happy and impressed, and a passion to provide a good life for my family.”

Bingo Cleaning was “born” in October 2013, providing a wide range of cleaning services including office cleaning, construction cleaning, restaurant cleaning and window cleaning to name a few. By having a goal to provide better quality service to his clients, with a friendly attitude, and to stand out and be unique from other service providers, Bingo Cleaning has earned itself the motto – “Attention to detail”.

“We treat our clients with a personal and friendly approach, and prefer to keep communication regular. Our philosophy is to listen to our customer’s requirements and ensure that our customers are satisfied, that their facilities are professionally and safely cleaned, and assure that our staff do not have to cut corners or rush through the job,” says Sanka. As a result of this, Bingo Cleaning make happy clients and repetitive business, following a time and task principle when quoting a job and making sure that the clients are receiving the best quality service.

The current focus of the business is to continue to build up a good client base and to continue to provide a quality friendly service to all clients.

Since the startup of the business, and as it continues to grow, Sanka believes that in the next 12 months he will be looking at further training to be able to provide more services to his clients and the potential employment of more experienced staff that share the same passion. 

Sanka shares a big community spirit, and one way he tries to help is by volunteering with the Rural Fire Service. “I also want to help other local businesses (not only cleaning businesses) work together, and bring them and communities closer through our website and adverting and promotion campaigns in the near future. I have already started connecting people and services just by talking to my clients, and clients of clients, helping other small businesses along the way.”

Sanka sees that the most challenging part of owning a business is juggling the act between work and family as it not only takes work, but also takes time.

Robson Partners recently hired Bingo Cleaning’s services and are more than satisfied with the service Sanka provides, often going above and beyond the call of duty.
