After working on the Central Coast for many years and not being able to find that “Sydney style salon”, Renee believed that the coast needed a high end, professional salon environment and opened her own business in the heart of Terrigal.



Since opening Allure Hair and Body, the business has experienced a lot of new clients who regularly come through the doors for the “Allure experience and reputation”.



Renee describes the challenges facing the business at the moment as being short on time –  “As a business owner, you are time poor… I try to fit everything in, but I’m only human.”



Over the past 12 months, the Allure Bar has received a new salon fit-out – “… which is over and above what I ever imagined it to look like. Clients and staff are loving the new environment! I have a fantastic team who help drive Allure to be it’s best and understand that I am a busy lady!”



In the meantime, the focus for the business is to continue to build and train the Allure team to develop and provide continued professional service to their customers.



Allure Hair and Body continually donate what they can to help charities and local school fundraisers as a way to help the community.



Renee hopes that in the next 12 months there will be more exposure on a larger scale through PR and the revelation of the new look. Allure also expect to be featured in a couple magazines.



Since joining the Robson Partners team in 2011, Renee has been able to expand her business attracting new customers each day whilst saving money – “Troy has been great in keeping me on track and saving me money and consistently communicating with me about what I need to do and when I should do it!”
