When the opportunity came up for Peter Clarke to leverage his business skills with a Kwik Kopy franchise, it was a chance too good to pass up. Having worked in the construction industry as a contracts administrator and later as a financial controller in the property industry, Peter had a solid background in understanding business.



Peter’s vision was to help small business owners achieve their own marketing goals while growing their businesses at the same time.



Peter explains, “Our focus right now is account management. This involves us understanding our clients’ business needs and supplying complete solutions that allow them to communicate to their customers effectively.”



Excitingly, the team at Kwik Kopy Gosford have adapted their business model to include an online print centre called Zenith. 

Zenith is an online portal to supply products to clients businesses over the internet and Peter says this has been a huge success, “One customer has over 13,000 branches throughout the country. We have the product to manage the database, customise their needs, secure their logins, procurement and distribution.”



He adds, “Our graphic designer has just won the Kwik Kopy Design Award for 2011. The award is for the best creative for the next Red Cross Direct Mail Campaign to small business. Kwik Kopy Gosford will now deliver this campaign to over 50,000 small businesses throughout Australia. Zenith will help with this.”



Peter teamed up with Robson Partners and joined a 10X Business Coaching club to help drive their goals. “I wanted to expand my knowledge of my own business, and other business’s. Part of my brief as a marketing partner for our clients is to be able to understand the complexities of running their businesses.” 



“10X Business Coaching club gives me these tools. We track performance and talk about sales initiatives and help each other put them into action. 10X ensures I am stepping back and taking the time to work on business and not just in it.”

Being in coaching has helped me put plans into place to and then with regular review and critiquing, ensures my business stays on track to achieve my personal goals. Peter says he “has a great team around him and has seen them become empowered in their roles and is excited to see Gosford and the Central Coast take positive steps to grow, “Gosford will be the premier regional city over the next 5 years.”
