Client in Focus – Inspire Success Posted on October 9, 2018
Initially, Rae set the business up to give her the flexibility she needed upon the arrival of a new baby. Rae has since expanded across the Central Coast and into the Hunter. Inspire Success is the ‘go to’ place for small and medium sized businesses when they have problems with the systems or people within their workplaces.
“The Inspire Success team have always been focussed on providing cutting edge solutions to people problems,” Rae says, “and in addition to working within all workplace legislations, they are working to help their clients address their health and safety (WHS) compliance”.
Now with a team of five, Inspire Success have been growing broader, now providing human resources to support a larger group of businesses. Rae believes that “the benefit of having a larger team is that each team member has the opportunity to take ownership of a specialisation and be the subject matter expert.” One of the growing markets for Inspire Success is within the NGO, not for profit sector.
Being a proud sponsor of local job board, www.jobsonthecoast.com.au Rae expects to assist the teams’ continued growth in an attempt to slow down the commute on the F3 and get great talent back to work in the Central Coast and Hunter regions. Also during this time, Rae plans to consolidate the growth Inspire Success has had over the past 12 months and to continue to deliver solutions that are compliant but also practical for their customers.
With 3 years of growth, mostly by referrals from clients, Inspire Success currently face the challenge of managing their resources and forecast sales.
Since joining with Robson Partners, Rae and the team have engaged with Troy to assist with a targeted marking plan, helping them improve their service and open their eyes to new opportunities. The team responded well and got involved at the outset of the marketing project and have been efficient in implementing the new process for both online and offline marketing activities – “Working with Troy is easy. He has heaps of ideas, understands what is practical and likely to happen when we get back to our workplace and follows up to keep us on track.”
As a result, over the past 12 months, Inspire Success has doubled the number of NGO, not for profit clients due to the success of the marketing project.
“The project has initiated many new processes, so each of the team has had modifications to the work they do. I am no longer the only person doing the marketing – marketing is in everyone’s job description!”
Rae is confident that in the future, marketing will continue to be the way the team works.
Inspire Success continues to provide volunteer mentoring support for Not for Profit organisations in the regions. In 2013, they expect to take on the challenge of mentoring university students to assist their work readiness.
