What is the Business X Factor? What the survey said and how to get it for your business Posted on October 9, 2018
A simple example is:
A row of cafes and one café is really busy, while the other 2 or 3 are relatively empty.
This is about having the X-Factor and this month, I share with you how to get it.
In a recent survey conducted of over 1077 businesses around Australia there was a striking similarity between the behaviours of small business owners who were successful versus those who were not as successful.
All in all there were 4 key result areas that made the difference to really accelerating their business performance.
One of these areas was Focus.
In fact, it was widely accepted that a business is actually a reflection of the owners itself.
In other words, everything that is working in the business is because of the habits of the owner, and everything that isn’t working in the business is also because of the habits of the business owner.
Initially for some owners this might be a tough pill to swallow – but when an owner really takes on board this level of ownership, suddenly the business is in much better shape to move forward at an accelerated pace.
In our award winning workshop, the 10X EDGE, we explore focus in detail from a time management point of view. We review some of the biggest time wasters in business and some great techniques to help you manage them.
We are the only accounting firm on the Central Coast who offers this award winning workshop on a weekly basis as our commitment to being a truly proactive accounting firm.
