Here is what you need to know about the COVID Disaster Payment for Individuals&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>How much<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>$600 per week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>When<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>From week four of a lockdown, recurring, for the duration of an enforced lockdown.&nbsp; Prior to week four the amount was $500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Eligibility<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Loss of 20 hours or more of work a week; OR $375 ($325 before week four) each week if a person has lost between 8 and 20 hours of work.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.servicesaustralia.gov.au\/individuals\/services\/centrelink\/covid-19-disaster-payment\/who-can-get-it\/general-eligibility-rules\/residence-descriptions\">Australian resident<\/a>&nbsp;or hold an eligible working visa<\/li><li>17 years or older<\/li><li>Not getting an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.servicesaustralia.gov.au\/individuals\/subjects\/income-support-payment\">income support payment<\/a>, ABSTUDY Living Allowance, Dad and Partner Pay or Parental Leave Pay<\/li><li>Not getting the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.servicesaustralia.gov.au\/individuals\/services\/centrelink\/pandemic-leave-disaster-payment\">Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment<\/a>, a state or territory pandemic payment or a state small business payment for the same period<\/li><li>From 18 July 2021 the COVID-19 Disaster Payment will be available to those outside Commonwealth declared hotspots in NSW that meet the criteria for the payment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>How to apply<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Through your Centrelink account linked to your MyGov account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Support contact<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Accounting team at AdviceCo: 02 4320 0500<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The NSW and Federal has Government created a new stimulus package for those businesses and individuals directly and financially impacted the COVID-19 lockdown status.
