Troy's key areas of business include tax and accounting advice for small businesses, such as business structure, accounting technology, systems implementation, debtor management and tax debt management; and business coaching services to identify and drive key growth strategies, process mapping and re-engineering, board engagement and reporting and staff motivation and mentoring.

Gerard Andrews

Gerard Andrews is a Principal and Director of AdviceCo., leading a team of 28 professionals to identify, plan and execute financial strategies for businesses and families. Throughout his 26-year career, he has been motivated to make a positive difference to the financial security of his clients and he is a trusted advisor to many on matters of taxation, financial reporting, SMSF auditing, and real estate trust account auditing. Prior to joining AdviceCo. in 2018, Gerard ran his own business with Steve Walker out of the Wyong region. There he was - and continues to be - known as an expert in his trade, especially across industries of medical, family business, not-for-profit, construction, manufacturing, retail and transport businesses.
